Our story

Our restaurant's journey began 30 years ago with two women who were passionate about cooking. Today, Paolo, Alessio, and Gabriele have taken the helm, and in 2023, they completely renovated the establishment.
We offer an elegant and captivating culinary experience, featuring authentic Italian dishes and international specialties. Besides our à la carte dining service, we provide personalized catering for private and corporate events. Additionally, our vibrant disco bar invites guests to enjoy dancing and entertainment after a delicious meal. An essential destination for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the city.

ALESSIO

Since joining the team in 2008, Alessio has been the creative force in the kitchen. Shy and introverted, he’s more often found at the stove than in the spotlight. His passion turns ingredients into delicious dishes, delighting customers with every unique creation.

PAOLO

He started his career as a chef at Interno Due well before becoming the owner in 2010. Paolo is the face of Interno Due. While he often works in the kitchen, you’ll frequently find him behind the counter, coordinating the front-of-house team, organizing DJ sets, and engaging with the restaurant’s loyal customers.

GABRIELE

An indefatigable workhorse, Gabriele has been a key member of the team for nearly 20 years, expertly navigating the kitchen at Interno Due and crafting endless amounts of fresh pasta and agnolotti del plin. Today, in addition to being one of the three pillars of the restaurant, he often takes the lead at events and prestigious fairs abroad.
